5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any third-party assets, libraries, or tools used remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Supply necessary content, assets, and access in a timely manner
- Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
- Ensure you have rights to any content or materials you provide
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
