Overview
Petal & Stem is a boutique florist in Portland, Oregon specializing in seasonal arrangements, wedding florals, and corporate accounts. We built a clean, photo-forward website with seasonal collection showcases, a custom order request form, and same-day delivery information — all designed to convert browsers into buyers.
The Challenge
The shop was getting most of its business from repeat customers and word of mouth. Their online presence was limited to an Instagram account. They had no way to take custom orders online or communicate their delivery capabilities to new customers.
Our Solution
We built a soft, white-background website with large floral photography, a seasonal collections grid, a detailed custom order form with occasion and budget fields, and a clear same-day delivery zone map. The design was intentionally minimal to let the flowers speak.
Result
Online custom orders up 5× in the first 60 days. Wedding inquiry form submissions averaged 8 per week.
