Bloom Spa & Beauty is an upscale day spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. They offer a full range of facial, body, and nail services in a serene, boutique environment. We designed a soft, editorial website that communicates luxury and calm — with a service gallery, tiered pricing cards, and an appointment request form that feeds directly into their CRM.
The Challenge
Bloom had a dated website that looked nothing like their beautiful physical space. Potential clients were booking competitors because the online experience didn't match the in-person quality. Their booking process was also entirely phone-based.
Our Solution
We created a cream-and-sage color palette that matched their interior design, used editorial photography throughout, and built a service catalog with filterable categories. The appointment form was connected to their existing CRM via webhook, eliminating manual data entry.
